The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities, including sauna, steam room and pool, were clean and well-maintained. The location right next to the lake was perfect.

The location was perfect, with stunning views of the lake and a boat house for water sports. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and we felt very safe with the distancing measures in place. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff did an excellent job catering to the large number of guests. We also enjoyed using the spa, which may be small but was absolutely perfect for our needs.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel just out of town from Bowness and Windermere. The location was perfect, with beautiful views over the lake. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and their local knowledge really enhanced our short visit. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of food. The hotel facilities were outstanding, especially the infinity pool and hot-tubs overlooking the lake. The spa facilities were also top-notch, and our bedroom was spacious, comfy, and luxurious with a large bed. We couldn't have asked for more!
