The front office and bellhop staff were excellent, attentive, and professional. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. We appreciated the amenities such as the refrigerator and the ironing board. The location of the hotel was great, within walking distance of restaurants, coffee places, and the harbor.
Nothing that we didn't like.
The check-in and check-out were very quick, and the staff treated us with ultimate respect. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, with a pristine pool and gym. Parking was available in the property's parking structure, providing security and peace of mind for our car. The hotel's location was excellent, with everything within walking distance. There were food trucks near the hotel, offering delicious food options. the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's rest.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance. The location was perfect for me, as it was within walking distance to everything I wanted to do in the area. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. the parking was convenient and hassle-free. The breakfast included with my room was delicious and a great start to my day.
There were a few downsides during my stay. The hotel's balcony doors were unable to be kept open due to a strong gas smell outside, which was concerning.
